One of our assistants will be there in the Tribhuvan International Airport to welcome each of our volunteers. We will let you know the receivers name through email. He or she will be waiting for you at the exit of the airport building, holding an A4 size placard, with your name clearly displayed. You will just need to locate the person displaying your name and they will bring you safely to us.
The service we provide is not mandatory. You can arrange your own travel to visit us in our office or a nearby location where we will welcome you. All details are arranged through email.
