Events
Picnic with Samarpan Nepal Children
The past Christmas day we had a picnic program to celebrate, which turned out to be so memorable that all the kids always request us to organize such program more frequently. Moreover, it must have been something to our ever first volunteer Christina too, offering foods, fruits and sweets to these kids on the vibrant evening on the barren farm field of Chitwan. It was also the very first time for the Samarpan Nepal too. So, we are pretty happy to serve our children and see smiles on their face. Children singing and dancing made the event worth doing again.
Quiz program: teaching with enjoying and awe-inspiring excitement
It was mid January, another fun day with ‘Quiz program’ not only to our children but to all our Samarpan Nepal family. After the award function, our beloved volunteer Christina was like ‘kids seem pretty happy!’ but alike; smile could be seen on her face too. The award ceremony was also a memorable part of that program, which added more smiles to their faces while some seemed determined to win on next time. The ups and downs of quiz score of four teams were really awe-inspiring throughout the competition. This turned out to be truly inspiring: teaching with enjoying along with excitement. And this is recurrent.
Samarpan Nepal pen pal program
This is a new program that we are looking for penpals for each of our children. For this, Samarpan Nepal will handle all the necessary arrangements from our side and we expect you to do the same for your children to run this pen pal program.
We belive this could be an great option for our children to have new frieds from all around the world with different cultures than their own. This can also be a great means for cultural exchange opportunity at the same time having nice pen pals.
In this program, we simply ask you to choose one of our children from the Samarpan Children's profile in our website. Then, you should let us know through email. After then, you can send a package of letters and things to our mailing address mentioning the recepient's name. After we get the letter, we translate and hand that over to the respective children who will write your child/children back. Next, we translate that letter into English and attach together in the same package and send you back to your mailing address. This is how our program is run.
If you would like to have your children join in this exciting program, lets start now.
If you have any questions, please fill out our online Inquiry form.
