Although we would love to assist more, our current family has 26 children – ages 4 – 12. Most of our children have no particular goals or forethought of what to do with their lives. We strive to offer them hope towards achieving a healthy and stable life by offering them resources to help themselves. Our plan involves offering them a wide range of school curriculum, a diverse group of resources and of course a lot of love.
Each child is unique and has specific needs to help them succeed. However, they all have a common thread. They have all come from impoverished families that struggle with the misfortunes that are part of their daily lives. To be part of our program, each child and their circumstances must be evaluated and they must be deemed impoverished by our executive committee.
Some of the children have dropped out of school completely. Some are attending comprehensive schools but still need assistance to compete with those in the private education sector. Since education is a key component of their success, we aim to give them as many opportunities as possible to obtain a solid education.
We currently do not have sponsorship for all of our children. For those not fortunate enough to have a sponsor, we try to give them extra tutoring free of charge and have established a library as an additional learning resource. Our goal is to provide sponsorship for each child that is part of our family. We are actively seeking individuals that would like to sponsor a child or make any type of donation. Your sponsorship puts an impoverished child on a life altering path towards having a good education and becoming a self-sustaining, productive member of society.
