Volunteering (opportunities for international volunteer in Nepal to work in our non-profit community organization working for poor, impoverished children, orphans) First, may we start by thanking all those who have volunteered and notifying the rest of you that there is an opportunity to volunteer and to more importantly make a difference. We would like to invite people from around the world to teach poor children on many subjects like: English Language, science, math, drawing, art, music etc… However those who are going to volunteer find that you are not just teaching, you are also learning. This could be a voyage of self-discovery if you wish to volunteer and a place where you can expand your expertise. We not only try to elicit volunteer’s merits but also we provide them congenial working environment so that the young people can have a joyful experience. We offer many different ways in which you would be able to teach – one can teach as an individual or can join a group. We naturally thought it better to replicate comprehensive learning and to separate the children on age hence we have junior group and a senior group....More>>
Teaching (opportunities to teach as a volunteer in our nonprofit community organization working for poor, disadvantaged children, orphans in Nepal) There are 21 children in our family and we have decided them into 2 groups by their age and school grade: the first group consists of children who are below ‘grade 3’ in school and the other above it. Our fundamental goal is to give the children an appropriate level in English through our basic and secondary courses, Maths, Science although we teach them other subjects as well: we believe in a wide curriculum. The main reason why we feel English Language is so important because not only is it international but it is recognized everywhere in Nepal too. It is also useful if a person wishes to go into higher education and can be the source of one’s income. We have teachers who work as volunteers from across the world. Besides, we have a paid tutors hired from poor, local community, aiming to make their life easier through employment. Nevertheless, talented and enthusiasts tutors are assigned to teach English language, Maths, Science or any other subject to Samarpan Nepal Children at any date throughout the year they want to volunteer...More>>

Samarpan Nepal Children (community non-profit organization to help poor, needy, orphans, children in Nepal, south Asia) Many have no particular forethought about what to do with their lives, but we hope to make a difference by trying to offer them a wide curriculum, a wide range of resources and of course love. Currently, we have 21 children aged 4 to 12 in our ‘family’. They are salvaged from poverty and the misfortune that has fallen upon them and their families. Some are going to comprehensive schools yet still need assistance to compete with those in private education whereas others have drop-out of school completely. To enter the program they must be deemed impoverished by our executive committee. Although we do not provide sponsorship for all, to account for this we provide free extra time tuition and learning resources. We have also established a library for these children, and other local children. Our only aim for these children is to provide sponsorship. So, we are currently looking for sponsors for these children. Any donation or sponsorship will be a life changing factor for these children...More>>
