Approach to join in to volunteer on Samarpan Nepal

1. Decide and Choose
After making the decision that you want to join a program simply choose which one.

2. Apply online
Apply online and register.

3. Verification and Program schedule
Then, your application will be examined and the verification shall be made within a week. Next you shall have to confirm your flight and inform us of flight schedule, after that we will let you know your program verification and itinerary.

4. Depart to Nepal
You depart for your program here in Nepal.

5. We pick you up from the entry port in Nepal
You shall be welcomed and picked up from your entry port in Nepal. (Generally, Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu, Nepal if you are from other than Nepal)

6. Stay with host family
You will stay with Nepalese host family or if you wish stay in a hotel (in that case you shall have to pay yourself)

7. Visit our office
From the entry port you shall be transported to our office.

8. Pay your fee
Simply pay your program fee.

9. Sign on the volunteering work contract
A small piece of admin to show your voluntary agreement.

10. Get basic program instructions
Then after you shall be given instruction about your stay.

11. Volunteering placement
You will then start your program.

12. Take tour in the meantime if possible and interested
Whilst being on our program, we offer a tour to many destinations.

13. Take rest before some days to depart
If you wish you can have some days rest before to leave Nepal: you can use this time for leisure.

14. We take you to your exit port in Nepal
Finally, we shall take you to the exit port of Nepal.
